Chairman and CEO Vince Carrabba leads Specialized, Metro One, M1 Global and AURIX™ with a unique perspective: the vision of a leader actively reshaping the security industry, grounded in the experience of someone who started by securing a post. From office clerk to shift supervisor, Vince grew up with Metro One, until he and his brother Brandon purchased the company from their father at 20 and 17 years old. While he brings decades of ‘raised-in-the-business experience’, it’s his entrepreneurial drive that sets him apart—fueling growth through a builder’s discipline and a refusal to accept “business as usual” in a category that’s resistant to change. His instinct to learn and disrupt led to the creation of a brand-new and industry-first approach to servicing clients—which drove 700% growth since 2018. That same instinct has led the charge on the Metro One re-org—into a consortium of highly-specialized security providers.
