About Vince Perri

Helping business owners maximize the value of their companies and exit on their terms has become the central focus of my career. As an entrepreneur, business broker, and exit advisor, I know firsthand how much time, energy, and sacrifice goes into building a business. I also know that most owners are unprepared when it comes time to sell. That’s where I come in. My work centers on two key areas: business value acceleration and business brokerage. On the value side, I help owners de-risk their companies, reduce dependency on the founder, build recurring revenue models, strengthen management teams, and put systems in place that make the business scalable and transferable. These improvements not only drive profitability today but also position the company to achieve a higher valuation tomorrow. When it’s time to sell, I guide owners through every step of the process—financial preparation, valuation, marketing, buyer outreach, negotiation, due diligence, and closing. I prepare blind teasers and CIMs that present the business story in a way buyers understand. I leverage an extensive network of private equity groups, family offices, strategic acquirers, and private investors, while also identifying potential strategic buyers hand-picked by the owner. My role is to create competition, qualify the right buyers, and protect confidentiality, all while driving toward the best possible deal terms. I’ve been part of deals where owners walked away with life-changing liquidity at closing and additional upside through equity rollovers—what we call the “second bite of the apple.” I’ve seen businesses that were initially undervalued repositioned for stronger multiples after targeted advisory work. I’ve also helped owners transition smoothly through succession, shareholder buyouts, outside investment, and outright sales. What makes my approach different is the combination of advisory and brokerage. I don’t just list businesses and hope for a buyer. I work with owners to increase value first, then bring their companies to market in a position of strength. This holistic approach consistently produces better outcomes and allows entrepreneurs to exit with clarity, confidence, and control. For me, it’s about more than deals. Every transaction represents someone’s legacy, family, and financial future. My mission is to make sure owners don’t just sell their businesses—they exit successfully, with the freedom and security they’ve earned.
