About Vince Taylor

I am a collegiate baseball player at Rutgers-Newark, planning to major in criminal justice and minor in psychology. Baseball has helped me develop a team first mentality, which translates to being a supportive and productive group member on projects. I am also an Eagle Scout, and my experiences in Scouting helped make me a better leader, as well as reinforcing the idea that a group succeeds or fails as a group. In addition to this, Scouting taught me how to effectively plan, coordinate and operate a team project. I am a black belt in taekwondo as well, showing me how discipline typically leads to better results in any way of life. Through these accomplishments and my early work experience, I have learned how to adapt to any workplace and job as long as I have the proper training to succeed.
