Background

About Vince Uathavikul

I am an experienced manufacturing engineer that has built a career around developing new products for production. My journey started with making low cost, high volume furniture and transitioned into next-generation composites. I have spent the last 11+ years leading the manufacture of the first ceramic composite components for commercial and military jet engines. I love taking products from cradle-to-grave and through that experience I have had the opportunity to integrate into all aspects of the supply chain.I have a detail oriented approach, but I realize that manufacturing new products inherently comes with unplanned challenges. I pride myself in my ability to learn quickly and adapt when roadblocks arise. I am passionate about my work and thoroughly enjoy coming up with creative solutions to these opportunities. When I am not working, I love spending time with my pup and traveling with friends. I like to consider myself a foodie and regularly attempt to try new cuisines and restaurants. If I am in a mood to burn off some of those calories, you can find me playing rec sports like soccer or kickball. I dabble in a lot of hobbies, but a few of my pastimes are watching sports and movies, listening to music, and reading.
