As head of Houthoff's Investigations & Public Enforcement practice, I specialize in financial and economic public law. I assist clients facing regulatory investigations, supervision, and enforcement, swiftly and efficiently finding solutions to the problems identified. Preventing or limiting reputational damage is a crucial part of my work, as is maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders and providing effective support during litigation. I handle politically sensitive cases and advise on matters at the interface between public and private law. I combine client work with a leadership role.
