Hi, my name is Vincent Baugh, and I am a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor's of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Immunology and Pathogenesis. With a strong foundation in biotechnology and laboratory research, I have transitioned into leadership roles in operations management, where I excel at streamlining processes, driving efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams. Currently, I serve as the Laboratory & Office Operations Manager at Nosis Bio, where I oversee daily laboratory and office operations to ensure seamless functionality. My responsibilities include managing procurement, vendor relationships, inventory systems, and budgets for lab and office supplies, as well as ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory protocols. I also lead facility management efforts and support onboarding processes to maintain an efficient and productive work environment. Previously, I worked as a Laboratory Assistant in the Conboy Laboratory at UC Berkeley, conducting in-vitro experiments and managing live laboratory mice, and as a Manufacturing Technician at both Bayer Pharmaceutical and BioMarin Pharmaceutical, supporting large-scale biomanufacturing processes for therapies targeting rare genetic diseases. These roles sharpened my ability to coordinate complex projects, optimize workflows, and implement quality control measures. With proven expertise in operations management, laboratory oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, I am passionate about applying my skills to roles that require strategic thinking, resource management, and leadership to drive organizational success.
