About Vincent Cheung

For over two years, I have been leading the human-centered design practice as a Product Design Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS), one of the largest health insurance providers in the US. I am passionate about understanding how BCBS members currently get support on their member-facing platform, identifying opportunities, and socializing problem statements with cross-collaborating stakeholders and research teams. I have a background in design and visual communications, and I have completed a UX/UI design certification from Flatiron School. I have also earned an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner credential from IBM, which enables me to apply design thinking methods and principles to create desirable solutions for enterprise tools. Previously, I have worked as a Product Designer for Cigna and for Overtone Health, where I have led initiatives, proposed MVP design solutions, and collaborated with designers, business owners, product owners, and developers. I am proficient in Webflow, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. My goal is to embrace the ever-evolving digital landscape and foster self-development by following my curiosity and cultivating exciting experiences in partnership with different thinkers.
