About Vincent Chuakaew

I have extensive 19 years of experience in managing system integration test at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, driving high performance team, and working with overseas teams – Singapore, Taiwan, and India. During the early part of my career, I was a system validation engineer responsible for creating and executing system integration test plans on business critical servers. Then, I had an opportunity to spend 2 years on a job rotation program with Supply Chain as New Product Introduction Program Manager and Procurement Program Manager. When I was promoted to a people manager role, I was selected for an expatriate assignment to create a new validation team in Singapore from scratch – hiring and training new staff to work in tandem with their US counterparts. After successfully completed my expatriate assignment, I returned the US to take on a larger leadership role of leading an OS & SW integration test and OS certification team, leading Test Automation initiative across the organization, and creating a new OS & SW integration test team in Bangalore, India. Over these past few exciting years, I’ve transformed Test Automation initiative from an unknown topic to a well-practiced activity in my organization with defined processes and metrics. My US and India validation teams have grown to the size of 22 full-time employees and 30+ contractors while consistently deliver strong results every year.
