About Vincent Chui

Currently in my final year as a student attending the University of Auckland, studying a Bachelors of Engineering (Honours), and specializing in Structural Engineering. With experience in teaching and coaching, as well as taking up leadership positions in student associations, I have a wide range of skills in communication, time management, organisation and problem solving under pressure. I have also had experience working in quality assurance and construction, developing a sound understanding of general construction and legal processes within the industry. I intend to pursuit a career in consulting and management, but I have a very wide range of interests and am open to any opportunities, and I hope to use my skills to create a more safe and sustainable community for future generations. Throughout my education, I have received numerous endorsements for my academic achievements, and was awarded the University of Auckland Academic Potential scholarship in 2020, as well as being recognized on the University of Auckland Engineering Dean's Honours List of 2021 and 2022. Outside of academics, I have also found success in sports, especially badminton, in which I have competed in and won multiple competitions in both regional and national level tournaments.
