I joined EY in 2001 as the PMO for the Continental Western Europe Area (CWEA) working with the area and local management of all service lines and support functions, and especially with the Assurance and Tax practices. From 2006 to 2018, I was the PMO for the Europe Middle East India & Africa (EMEIA) Assurance Management Team, then for the COO and Deputy Area Managing partner of the EMEIA Area. I was the secretary of the FraMaLux (France, Maghreb, Luxembourg), then France Executive Committee, of the Operating Committee for the Assurance service line, members of theses committees. Since 2018, I am the Chief of Staff of the Western Europe & Maghreb then Europe West Assurance Management Teams (22 countries including Maghreb and part of Africa), together with the same role for the Assurance practice in France. Until 2024, I was the PMO of the France Management Team, working closely with Country Managing Partner.
