About Vincent Gray

Dr. Vincent Gray is currently the Senior Director of Medical Affairs (J&J), he was the former Medical Director of Encompass Health. He has been practicing medicine for more than 30 years. As a Stanford graduate, he strives to maintain and improve the quality of all healthcare facilities in order for his staff to provide the best treatment available to all. Dr. Gray believes the leadership team of a healthcare facility is vital to its growth and success, so it’s his job to implement the best strategies to improve healthcare as a whole. He is from San Diego, USA but have lived in Ontario, Canada for his whole childhood. Dr. Gray has also lived in the Philippines and can often be found traveling and exploring the world. He is keen on traveling around the world, he has moved to Shanghai and is now busy exploring the mega metropolis of one of the largest economies in the world. He completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (Hons) from the University of Toronto, Master of Health Policy from Stanford University, as well as a Doctor of Medicine from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. During his career Dr. Gray has attended professional development, trainings and certifications from the University of Essex, University of Southern California and University of London in public health and health care management. He also recently completed a certificate in Health Care Law. In his free time you can see him hiking along the trails of Runyon Canyon Park.
