Born in Vietnam, educated in New Zealand, Switzerland, and the U.S. Completed undergraduate and MBA in Hotel and Tourism Management (Swiss – CoFRU accredited) with the University Centre Cesar Ritz and Swiss Hotel Management School. Hotel Management Leadership certifications and Certified Hospitality Educator awarded by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). His impressive academic experiences include being full-time Hotel & Tourism Management lecturer at RMIT Vietnam, a Registered Academic Instructor- Hospitality Operations and Registered Proctor-Professional Certifications for American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), former Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School Director at Hoa Sen University overseeing the teaching, student and lecturer recruitments, policy and strategic vision implementation across the program, a senior lecturer and Internal Verifier for the BTEC-UK hospitality programs at NIIE (Nguyen Tat Thanh University) in HCMC & CitySmart Hospitality School in Hanoi. His managerial industry experiences with Cathay Pacific Airways in Ho Chi Minh City as Airport Duty Manager, where he was responsible for the Cathay Pacific Airlines operations at the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Front Office Manager at Nguyen Du Park Villas; the Boutique Serviced Apartments, in HCMC, Management Training at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center, USA, where he was responsible for supervising the convention & banquet department. In Greece, he completed an internship at Sani Resorts/ Sani Beach Hotel as the Front Office Clerk & Night Auditor, His banquet and FnB experiences come from Chinos L’orchide Restaurant in Lausanne and Hotel Alex in Brig Switzerland, and the International Global Group; Auckland Tab Church, New Zealand. He owned and managed a fitness club called Gold Life Fitness located in District 7 in HCM City from 2012 to 2022, is also proven his entrepreneurship.
