I’m now a Delivery Lead at Accenture’s Industry X, helping Airbus harness the power of Generative AI to deliver cutting-edge software solutions. As a software manager, I draw on a range of capabilities: Agile backlog management, value analysis and AI-driven product strategies to accelerate business outcomes. My approach integrates agile methodologies, enterprise project management, and cross-functional leadership, ensuring that every project not only meets its objectives but also creates long-term value.
