Management of the product development for specialized tea/fruit & herb products- Employee management, including personnel selection and deployment, informing and coordinating, controlling and setting target agreements- Supervision and control of development processes, from conceptualization and selection of raw materials through to production readiness, in compliance with food law regulations- Development of innovations for new areas of application as well as development and application of beverage recipes for national and international markets- Analysis of customer assortments and direct consulting of international key accounts- Continuous value analysis and further development of existing products and their production processes- Preparation and presentation of cross-national tea trend analyses- Leading of tastings and customer presentations as well as participation in external customer visits and international travel- Leading internal and external tea seminars and training sessions- Organizing raw material inventory and maintaining laboratory supplies and analytical analytical equipment- Close cooperation with production, laboratory, quality assurance, product management as well as sales, purchasing and marketing.
