I am an Electrical and Electronics Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, electronics repair, and POS systems engineering with QA expertise. My career spans fintech, industrial, and clean energy sectors, where I have consistently delivered reliable solutions that improve system performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction. At Zubacx Group, I specialize in POS device QA software and hardware testing, troubleshooting, and deployment, using tools such as Jira and TestRail alongside manual testing to ensure compliance and reliability. Previously at Tracom Services Limited, I performed QA validation for Ingenico EFTPOS devices, integrating defect tracking and ISO 9001:2015 standards into the testing cycle.
