About Vincent Leinenbach

With over 15 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, I bring my strong skills in financial reporting and process optimization to ZF LIFETEC. My mission is to increase efficiency and improve the quality of our financial processes through pragmatic accounting solutions and adopting user-oriented accounting standards. In my current role as Chief Accounting Officer at ZF LIFETEC, I have set up three new Shared Service Center locations, established an independent accounting organization and driven the implementation of SAP S4/HANA for Group Reporting. My analytical, technical and organizational skills were crucial for the development of a new accounting target operating model for the Fresenius Group and the deconsolidation of the main segment Fresenius Medical Care with a turnover of 20 billion euros. At BASF, I was able to optimize functional cost controlling for the region Asia Pacific and, as regional carve-out lead, to carve out the construction chemicals division. Once the division was sold to a private equity investor, I was responsible to set up the accounting function and lead the function until the business was sold to a strategic investor.
