Hello and welcome to my profile! I am a recent graduate with a major in Business Management, specializing in Finance, and a minor in Japanese Studies. With a deep passion for international cultures and the business world, I had the privilege of studying abroad in Japan from October 2022 to August 2023. This experience gave me a global perspective on business practices and helped me develop a broader understanding of cross-cultural communication. I was also honored to be selected for the JASSO Scholarship program during my time in Japan, sponsored by the government of Japan. Currently, I am gaining hands on experience as a Sales Manager Trainee at Pan Pacific International Holding Group, where I am developing skills in a large scale retail management, strategic planning, and team leadership. My responsibilities include engaging in product procurement, supplier negotiations, merchandising, business development, and marketing strategies. Additionally, I conduct performance analysis and help improve financial operations through data-driven insights, mainly through the usage of Microsoft Excel. My previous experience includes an Operations Manager Internship at CVS Health, where I contributed to inventory management, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency. Additionally, my roles in customer service at Shake Shack and Phoenix Hotel helped me refine my skills in relationship management and frontline operations. I am always eager to connect with others.
