After graduating with my bachelors in biology from the Fayetteville State University, all I could ever think about is just one specific question. How can I give back? This gve me storng initiative to start at home where I grew up in Charlotte, NC where I taught for 4 years in the Title IX school district. I have an outstanding 5 year track record of success in the Clinical Research. My main focus now is working in the clinical research field. I am natural team leader with the main focus in mind being how can I help others become the greatest version of themselves and also learn from them in the same setting. Through extensive years of professional development I have been able to create new ideas, concepts and strategies in solving complex problems and issues with strengths in analytical thinking, compliance and process improvement resolutions.
