About Vincent Marrella

I have been in the accounting industry for 15 years working in both public accounting and private industry. While in public accounting I spent several years preparing all varieties of tax returns as well as reviewing and compiling financial statements. As time went on I began to specialize in construction, manufacturing and real estate clientele. This specialization eventually led me out of public accounting and to my current employer, Nutter Corporation. We are a heavy civil and underground utilities contractor located in Vancouver, Washington, serving Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington. I began my career at Nutter Corporation as a General Ledger Accountant and over the past few years have worked my way up to Controller and now Vice President and Business Manager. In addition to serving in this position for Nutter Corporation, I perform the same functions for our sister company, Dietrich Trucking, as well as our subsidiary real estate holding and development companies. Working in the accounting and finance arena in the construction industry has also provided me with the incredible opportunity to meet members of the local construction finance community through the Portland Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, which I currently serve on the chapter's Board of Directors as Treasurer. I hope to continue this amazing experience and would enjoy connecting with anyone in our industry in the local area as well as across the country. We can never have too many great connections.
