About Vincent McFadden

After graduating from the United States Military Academy, I began my service to the United States as an Air Defense Officer in the Army. As an officer, I used leadership, conflict resolution, and problem solving to complete a wide variety of tasks. My time in the Army was both challenging and rewarding, and I am grateful for the lessons learned and the relationships developed. After retiring from the Army, I began my journey with Clarkston Consulting. At Clarkston, I am able to utilize my soft skills from the Army and apply them to working in project teams to better help the customer we are serving. Clarkston has allowed me to learn and develop many technical skills within the SAP and Point of Sale environments. I am able to utilize my background in systems engineering and computer science to aid Clarkston Retail clients in implementing new systems and ensuring they are quality tested prior to implementing in a real world environment. Currently, I am leading test execution and work with various technical and business leads to ensure all new systems, code changes and data flows are tested prior to implementation. This role has allowed me to gain a technical understanding of multiple different system functionalities involved in all retail companies' day to day business framework.
