With over 19 years of experience within an IT environment, I specialize in deploying, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications on workstations, laptops and mobile devices. My expertise includes implementing security protocols to safeguard sensitive data, troubleshooting hardware, network and software issues, and optimizing system performance to enhance user experience. As part of the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners, I'm currently one of two IT Administrator supporting over 33 libraries throughout Hillsborough County. As the IT Administrator for the libraries, I am dedicated to ensuring that all technology systems run smoothly and efficiently throughout the county.
