I am an experienced Senior Mechanical Draughtsman with over a decade of expertise in mechanical drafting, sheet metal design, and production management across diverse industries. I specialize in turning complex concepts into precise, manufacturable solutions using advanced CAD tools including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Inventor. My career has been built on delivering high-quality designs that meet strict technical specifications while optimizing production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Throughout my career, I have worked closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and manufacturing teams to bridge the gap between design and production. I excel at design for manufacturing (DFM), creating accurate technical drawings, assemblies, and fabrication documents that reduce errors, save time, and improve output quality. My work has ranged from transformer housings and data centre enclosures to 4x4 fuel tanks and complex stainless-steel structures. I am also skilled in R&D, prototyping, and implementing process improvements that have delivered measurable results in productivity and cost savings.I take pride in my strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and collaborative approach. Whether managing a full-scale production schedule, developing innovative product concepts, or troubleshooting technical challenges, I bring a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset to every project. I am passionate about creating solutions that not only meet functional requirements but also align with manufacturing best practices and quality standards.
