About Vincent Payet

As the CEO of Ferring Mexico and the Head for North of Latin America at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, I oversee the marketing, sales, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative and life-changing biopharmaceutical products in the fields of reproductive medicine, maternal health, urology, gastroenterology, and endocrinology. I have 14+ years of experience in the life science industry, and a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Université de Rennes I and an Executive Program from IMD Business School. I am passionate about developing talents, leading teams, and building healthy and inclusive work environments that foster collaboration, creativity, and performance. My mission is to deliver value to patients, customers, partners, and shareholders by creating and executing disruptive and strategic business plans in diverse and complex markets. I also launched Plan M, a social responsibility project that educates on human sexual reproduction and improves access to building family in Latin America.
