WHAT I DO: I have developed and implemented training programs across multiple disciplines geared to address the learning needs of integrated students that included mixed foreign military, and US military personnel. I was charged with designing and teaching courses in refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of gas to diesel, light to heavy wheel, civilian, combat, and non-combat vehicles. I have successfully increased productivity by pioneering a cross-training program between mechanical and electrical maintenance personnel.
