About Vincent Rollins

I am a recent JD graduate from South Texas College of Law Houston in Houston, Texas, sitting for the July 2025 UBE. In the Spring of 2022, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in University Studies with an emphasis in Business from Lamar University, capping off my successful career as an NCAA collegiate athlete. Balancing the demands of being a full-time student-athlete, I consistently garnered recognition and awards for academic and athletic prowess. Instead of prolonging my athletic career as a graduate student, I decided to pursue my long-held aspiration of attending law school and embarking on a career in law. During my time in law school, I have maintained an outstanding academic record, earning multiple honors and ranking in the top 15% of my class. Additionally, through participation in organizations such as the South Texas Law Review and the SBA Mentorship program, I have developed exceptional leadership skills outside the classroom. I am a member of multiple organizations on campus and regionally in addition to the South Texas Law Review, such as the South Texas Oil and Gas Law Society and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. I have also been able to work at law firms and a large company, which has given me valuable legal experience dealing mostly with transactional and corporate law. In these roles, I was also exposed to litigation matters such as commercial disputes and the protection of intellectual property.
