About Vincent Saunders

I am proud to say I have 20+ years of experience in the automotive service industry and I still love it. I love the idea of not just fixing the vehicle, but fixing the customer; getting them to enjoy their car like they did when they left the showroom and re-igniting their passion for their cars. In my time in this industry, I have played many roles; I've worked as a porter washing cars, worked in every facet of a dealer parts department, been a service adviser working with new clients and managed a complete workshop. I think that experience has made me better understand what it takes to run a fixed-ops department, and given me a chance to know those who work around me better. I still act like a little kid and get excited when new challenges or opportunities arise and eagerly meet them head on. I also love the idea of combining knowledge and experience from others to help find a new solution or idea. If we're not learning and growing, then we're squandering opportunities.
