About Vincent Tran

I am a Senior Product Designer with over 3.5 years of experience specializing in building intuitive user experiences for complex SaaS and B2B2C platforms. I thrive on transforming ambiguity into elegant solutions that drive both user adoption and measurable business growth. My work encompasses the full design lifecycle, from initial user research to scaling design excellence through team-wide process improvement. Highlights of my impact include: • Architecting a new design operations framework that boosted team velocity by over 30% by eliminating inconsistencies and rework. • Leading the end-to-end design for a complex 0-to-1 workflow feature, creating a unified experience for two distinct user groups. • Increasing conversion rates by ~30% and doubling subscribers by designing and implementing successful A/B tests. • Designing an iOS mobile app from scratch that grew to over daily active users with a 4.8-star rating from 1,500+ reviews. I am always looking for opportunities to tackle new design challenges in the SaaS or AI space. Please feel free to connect with me!
