Global Delivery Services is one of EY’s greatest global assets and a vital element of our world-class delivery capabilities. We bring together an industrialized combination of advanced technology, automation and highly-skilled professionals who team globally to co-create innovative answers to solve our clients’ most complex business issues. As the Knowledge Leader for Global Delivery Services, I lead over 500 talented people who provide global research & analysis, knowledge management, bench marking and process modelling support across sectors. I am responsible for managing a culturally diversified team working across Argentina, India, Philippines and Poland. I am also a member of the Global Delivery Services Executive Committee, the forum that governs the strategic direction, growth and day-to-day operations of the Global Delivery Services network. I am also an active sponsor of diversity and inclusiveness agenda. I served as a founding member of Diversity Council of Global Delivery Services. Throughout my career, I have built skills in the areas of corporate finance, M&A, KPO operations, equity research, credit analysis and sector research. Specialties: Corporate finance, strategy, people management, operations management, professional services offshoring, life coaching and mentor ship.
