Possesses fourteen (14) years of professional experience in electrical design and engineering of projects for oil and energy facilities- Well familiar with the preparation of conceptual, FEED and detailed engineering calculations, documents and drawings including equipment specifications, equipment data sheets, design basis document, scope of works, cable and conduit schedule, bill of materials, cost estimates, electrical one line/three line diagrams, equipment Layouts/sections, lighting / power / grounding / lightning protection layouts, cable routing, cable tray/trench layouts, cable block diagrams area / perimeter / street lighting layouts, metering and protection drawings, AC/DC elementary diagrams, Interconnection diagrams, Interlocking logic diagrams, Installation detail drawings, fire alarm system layout, riser diagrams, cause and effect matrices and electrical area classification drawings- Sound Knowledge in preparation of Specification and datasheets for various HV/LV electrical equipment’s used in the power system- Calculation,sizing and selection of electrical equipment’s (such as transformers, diesel generators, UPS’s, battery chargers, switchgears, motor control centre's, panel boards & cables)- Sound Knowledge in calculations of fault level, CT, VT Sizing, voltage drop, cable sizing, shielding / lightning Protection, grounding, indoor and outdoor lighting illumination(using dialux software), load flow analysis, motor starting analysis, short circuit analysis and relay coordination (using etap software)- Participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Direct and provide guidance in the technical bid evaluations, review vendor drawings and documents. Supervise the review of design calculations, ensure vendor equipment specifications meet with client equipment specifications- Well aware of electrical area classifications, cathodic protection methods and electrical heat tracing system- Well familiar with IEC, NEC, NEMA, API, ANSI & NFPA and other relevant international standards and codes - Well familiar with Saudi Aramco, SEC, Sabic, Ma'aden, Petro Rabigh, ADDC, DEWA, Kahramaa codes, specifications and regulations- Have worked in Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia in addition to India.
