I am a competent IT professional with many years of experience at leading teams in IT service management, Operations and Support. I use the knowledge and expertise gained to empower, motivate and develop happy and successful people and teams that deliver outstanding results together. I work in partnership with our vendors to deliver great value. I am extremely business/customer focused and firmly believe that IT is part of the business and there to provide value and support in delivering its goals. I lead by example; I work hard and inculcate passion and commitment in those who work with me. Currently responsible for managing and leading the ITSM Team responsible for delivering the RCC IT services and Process Management under ITIL framework. Hands-on experience is managing ITSM audits & regulatory audits. Conducting internal process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters and engaging with the leadership to design KPI's and new metrics.
