Over the years I have been successful in encouraging and motivating my teammates as well as distributing projects based on their individual’s talents and strengths. My organizational skills have allowed me to be successful in tracking and following up on projects; thus meeting deadlines. I am driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player and have the ability to mentor, lead and delegate. Additionally, my work ethic provides me the discipline to do what it takes to get the job done including troubleshooting issues and resolving customer issues on my own if needed. I understand the importance of doing whatever needs to be done to get the product out the door, and a product delivered to customers that they are confident to have installed.
