Over the years, I have been associated with large IT services firms such as Infosys and Intelligroup Asia (now NTT Data). I possess proven expertise in project/ program management, business process analysis & management, relationship management, and team building. As a seasoned project manager, I possess proven skills in steering ERP projects right from initiation till closing while ensuring project delivery within assigned time, quality & budgetary parameters. Additionally, I have strong IT service management and global delivery model experiences having served on large IT engagements, where I was involved in defining, setting up and managing the operational support model and processes. I believe in the power of fostering collaboration, empowering performance & driving excellence for delivering results in a constantly evolving business environment.
