As an Office Administrator at Benson Percival Brown LLP, I manage some of the daily operations of the office, including accounts receivable, invoicing, filing, and correspondence. I have been in this role for over eight years, and I enjoy applying my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. I have a strong background in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Representative for Runway, an outsourcing partner for Norwegian Airlines, and as a Youth Counselor for Norwegian Cruise Line. In these positions, I gained valuable experience in working with diverse and international clients, using various software programs, and handling complex and challenging situations. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, which helps me understand and interact with different personalities and cultures. I am fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian, and I have a passion for learning new languages and exploring new cultures. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service and support to the team and the clients of Benson Percival Brown LLP.
