I am a manager in the Technology Risk Management area at Mastercard, with CISA, CRISC, CISM and CDPSE certifications. I have worked in various industries and provided services which include both business process and technology advisory, cybersecurity audits, IT Internal and External Audits, PMO and Project Management, ERPs assessment and improvements considering segregation of duties, local government laws compliance, Business Process Improvements, IT advisory and Cobit training.I have experience with managing and executing IT and Information Security audits / advisory, design and mapping of audit plans, defining scope, system requirements to comply with policies and regulations, and quality assurance. I also have expertise in engagements related to process mapping (business and IT), process remediation and improvements, internal controls, internal audit and compliance to regulations.With a Brazilian/Italian citizen, during my carreer I had the opportunity to work in many countries, with many different cultures and team members.During these years, I was able to develop my soft skills such as working well with people from other cultures, develop new professionals, deal with difficult situations, develop and train new employees and coach.
