Requisition allocation with the team to meet service level and delivery to fill the requirement timely manner. Gauge team’s individual performance for yearly review with the management team. Direct interaction with internal and external stakeholders/client pertaining with business development, status review, delivery, project acquire, presentation and revenue generation.
