I am a Scaled Agile SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manger certified Practitioner and a versatile IT professional bringing to the table 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Lifecycle Management and Stakeholder Management. My experience in working with cross-functional teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I possess a successful record of analyzing problems, then designing and instituting Agile & Scrum methodologies that work to improve efficiency and reduce costs. I have consistently delivered large scale projects on time and on budget. Presently, I am associated with HCL Technologies Ltd. as a Solution Architect wherein; I analyze complex business requirements and perform process analysis of customer activities to determine alternative business solutions and process improvement opportunities. My background also includes experience in Retail supply chain Consulting, Business Development and Agile ways of working.
