Background

About Vinicius Arruda

I'm a Machine Learning Engineer with an MSc in Computer Science, specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI, with hands-on experience taking AI systems from research to production.Over the past years, I've worked on LLM-based products, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and deep learning systems across NLP, speech, and computer vision, in both startup and enterprise environments. What I do best- Design and build LLM-powered systems (RAG, agents, prompt pipelines)- Apply NLP techniques (parsing, NER, POS tagging) beyond "just prompting"- Train, evaluate, and deploy deep learning models using PyTorch & TensorFlow- Translate research ideas into production-ready solutionsRecent impact highlights- Built LLM agents to analyze and generate engineering requirements from documents and source code using RAG- Led technical presentations with a major client, contributing to a $2M contract- Worked on text-to-speech pipelines (G2P, acoustic models, vocoders) for Samsung's global products- Published peer-reviewed research in computer vision and domain adaptationI'm especially interested in roles focused on LLMs, NLP, AI agents, and applied ML, where strong engineering meets real-world impact.Tech stack: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, LangChain, SpaCy, Docker, RAG, LLM Agents-Contact:viniciusferracoarruda@gmail.com
