Background

About Vinicius Bonini

I am a mechanical engineer with an academic and practical background focused on in-depth technical knowledge in thermal sciences and the application of this knowledge to energy engineering projects.I work as a researcher at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), in the Laboratory of Energy Conversion Process Engineering and Technology (LEPTEN), where I am also pursuing a doctorate with an emphasis on heat transfer and energy conversion processes. My background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on Thermal Sciences.Throughout this career, I have consolidated a technical and scientific output that reflects my commitment to excellence: 3 articles published in specialized journals, 15 articles presented at scientific congresses, and annual participation in international events in the field of thermal sciences. These experiences have broadened my ability to analyze thermal systems with technical depth, model physical phenomena with precision, and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments. I am familiar with experimental analyses, computational simulations, and conducting projects focused on energy efficiency and operational safety.I maintain a collaborative, ethical, and solution-oriented approach, both in the academic environment and in the development of applied projects.
