About Vinit Nandanwar

I am a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 6+ years of experience in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance across large-scale cloud environments. My expertise spans AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch), Kubernetes, Linux, and automation, enabling me to build and maintain resilient infrastructures that power business-critical applications.Currently, I work with Virgin Media O2 (UK) at Hansen Technologies, where I manage cloud-native deployments on AWS, implement observability dashboards with Grafana & CloudWatch, and lead incident resolution for high-priority issues, ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence. I specialize in Kubernetes (EKS) cluster management, automated deployments (Git, ArgoCD), and proactive monitoring to improve system performance.Previously at Airtel, I provided application support, optimized performance bottlenecks, and enhanced system stability through root cause analysis, database tuning, and security patching.I thrive in cross-functional environments where I can combine technical problem-solving, automation, and collaboration to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions. Always eager to learn and contribute, I am passionate about scaling systems, improving reliability, and driving operational excellence.
