As a Sr. Technical Consultant at Conga, I provide day-to-day solutions to customers using Conga's CLM products, which are built on Salesforce.com platform. I analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by customers in their test environments, comparing the configuration of working and non-working environments, and gathering debug logs to find the root cause of the issue. I also complete job-related training courses and seminars as required to stay updated on the latest features and best practices of Conga and Salesforce.com products. Before joining Conga, I worked as a Software Technologist at Philips and an HL7 Interface Analyst at AssureCare, where I developed and set up HL7 interfaces to facilitate the sharing of clinical data between EHR, Radiology, and third-party vendors. I have a strong background in SQL and databases, and I hold multiple certifications from Oracle, including Oracle SQL Certified Expert and Oracle Database 10G Administrator Certified Associate. I have a Masters of Science in Information Technology from De Montfort University, where I studied computer and information sciences and support services. I am passionate about solving complex business problems with innovative and scalable solutions, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams.
