Vinitha is a transformative leader, with more than 20 years of experience across Transformation consulting, Digital delivery, Product engineering and Operational excellence in Fortune100 multinationals as well as startups. She has successfully led global, cross-functional teams on high value business transformation initiatives and multidisciplinary product development, in digital spaces, including IOT, SaaS, data and analytics, across diverse functional domains, such as smart buildings, e-commerce, healthcare, aviation and insurance. Her differentiated experience and capability mix enables her to create high performing, people-process-technology synergies, delivering strategic, sustainable business results. Vinitha graduated as an Information Technology engineer, is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, an active Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN Expert. She is passionate about Inclusion in the workplace and has played an active role in the I&D initiatives of every one of employers, including critical contributions to the GE Women's network and Swiss Re DEI strategy refresh.
