About Vinnie Budhram

As a successful operations executive, I am at the forefront of the rise of executive leaders with multi-generational managing capabilities. Whereas leaders moving into the C-suite realm may have a more traditional mind frame in how they bring change to an organization, I’ve turned the millennial stigma into an advantage with a more energetic and flexible leadership style for managing a variety of people and initiatives with the wider organization. I constantly test and re-iterate new strategies for bringing change. I have experience partnering with senior stakeholders their respective COEs / department heads across the organization. That, combined with my sharp business acumen, international exposure, and intrapreneurial mindset, makes me a versatile and inspirational leader. My natural “business operator” mind frame and diplomatic yet high-performing leadership style offers a new perspective on leadership in the generational workforce. Having held a variety of operations positions (General Manager, VP of Ops, etc.), I understand how to rally around common goals and shared visions. I have built out teams, company competencies, and ultimately revenue in accelerated timetables and always above the target. When you create a recipe for success that is aligned with high performance based on integrity behind decision-making, you will always have a natural edge. I’m particularly proud of-Helped grow Complete Discovery Source to a market leader and the largest privately held operator in an increasingly consolidated market; this has been achieved with pure organic growth based on a new, more integrated business model-Established the international presence of Complete Discovery Source Legal; the company is now the first mover in key markets across the U.K, Switzerland, and Canada. I admire organizations that are so focused on progress that they naturally eliminate the tendency to fall victim to politics and bureaucracy. While internal structures are crucial, I believe the best companies are egoless. It doesn’t matter who ideates or executes as long as the organization moves forward and hits the OKRs as defined by the collective.
