I have been an Inside Sales Specialist for four years now. I have mastered the craft of delivering sales for Microsoft Volume Licensing, Office 365, Microsoft OEM, Microsoft Retail, Desktop and Laptop Sales. Straight out from college with the degree of BE Computer science, I have been thriving in an IT company as it allows me to use what I have learned in my academic background. Thus, proving that I am equally dependable both in theory and practice. I intently focus on the growth of the company My effective sales training has led me to develop prime customer services and customer needs assessment skills. I have been dedicating my tenure in meeting new clients who would discover the great value of volume licensing of programs. The Certifications under my belt are Microsoft OEM Specialist; Designing, Assessing, and Optimizing Software Asset Management (SAM), and Volume Licensing Specialist, Small and Medium Organizations. These certifications are gained through rigorous exams that have proven my dexterity in those topics. I am a keen listener which has helped me in successfully negotiating with clients. I believe that the key for every closed deal is excellent communication and that is the reason why I have been triumphant in reaching target sales. I have been steadily closing deals that contribute magnanimously to the company.
