About Vinny Rodgers

I’m a technical architect specialising in Customer Communication Management (CCM) technologies and solutions. My expertise includes development and delivery management of virtual teams alongside technical design of solutions that partner client and industry compliance with wider offer strategy. As my role requires, I’m very detail orientated and enjoy solutioning and documenting the nuances of a challenge. However, from over 25 years of working the CCM industry, I am passionate about evangelising the CCM possibility and enjoy contributing to strategy design and supporting sales teams with materials that detangle and simplify otherwise complex, technical concepts. My colleagues would describe me as persistent and dilligent, and someone who prefers to take on a challenge, rather than avoid it.I currently enjoy my existing role, and hope to further extend myself in the CCM technical strategy space, specifically in client engagement tech and end customer experience.
