I am an IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance ( GRC ) professional with over 16 years of experience supporting organizations in strengthening enterprise IT governance, risk management, service continuity, and IT service management capabilities across complex and regulated environments.My work focuses on designing, implementing, and operationalizing governance and management frameworks that enable informed decision-making, accountability, service resilience, and audit readiness. I have supported both public and private sector organizations in embedding risk-based, service-oriented governance practices aligned with COBIT, ITIL, ISO (ITSM), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 22301 (Business Continuity), and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).I bring deep experience across diverse industries including government, healthcare, insurance, banking, manufacturing, aerospace, and professional services, with delivery exposure across the UAE, India, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore, Canada, and the UK. My roles have spanned consulting, internal governance leadership, and large-scale operational environments, enabling me to bridge strategy, governance, and execution effectively.Throughout my career, I have led and supported initiatives across IT Risk Management, IT Service Continuity, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), IT Governance frameworks, ITSM process design, service catalogues, KPIs and SLAs, data classification, information asset management, and audit and assurance activities.Earlier in my career, I also led large operational teams, including managing a 60-member Level 1 Service Desk supporting over 4,500 users across multiple Middle East locations, which continues to shape my practical, execution-focused approach to governance and change.I am particularly interested in roles that involve strengthening enterprise IT governance, risk, and resilience capabilities, and enabling organizations to move beyond compliance toward sustainable, value-driven governance.
