A. Accounting:• Accounting in GP (Registration of purchases, of sales, of payroll, accrual of vacations, income tax, sales tax, service tax, deferred tax and depreciation).• Calculating all taxes due to be paid on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, annual basis.• Salary payments and associated tax payments.• Bank reconciliations.• Invoicing to customers.• Maintaining the Tally accounts.• Reconciliation between CODA and Tally (monthly analyses of balance sheet accounts' balances).• Balance sheet reconciliations: submission of Monthly Audit File Package-Balance Sheet: to BranchHead / Corporate Finance.• Maintaining the MaR, invoice list, on a daily basis.B. Finance:• Maintains cash flow and petty cash.• Collection of invoices, all statutory forms from clients and generating the statutory forms to be given to contractors.• Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable from customers and service providers.• Responsible for payments / collection of invoices from H.O. or any other office of Datamine worldwide.• Responsible for the analysis and presentation of documentation for audits (internal or external. Ex:tax authorities).• Review and Analysis of Monthly Financial Statements.C. Others• Liasoning with the tax departments, customs, auditors etcs.• Liasoning with bank for remittances / KYC etcs.• Any other work related to accounts / tax / finance / audits / statutory as deemed fit by theManagement.• Verifying / generating the sales reports for maintenance and sales.• Importing / exporting software to clients. Delivery of software to clients. D. Administration• Maintaining upto date insurance for office premises.• Maintaining upto date insurance for staff.
