I began my career in Executive Search and Recruitment in Australia, where I spent over nine years. Drawn back by the unique vibrancy, food, and warmth of the ASEAN region, I returned to Asia to focus on recruiting senior leaders for large local conglomerates in the oil & gas, industrial, consumer, technology, and diversified manufacturing sectors. Throughout my career, I have lived and worked in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, gaining a diverse and enriching experience. My experience spans mandates in talent management, executive search, emerging leadership, talent acquisition advisory, succession planning, and assessments. At Microsoft, I am a member of the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team, where I lead a global team of Market Aligned Executive Recruiters/Partners that are based in ASIA, EMEA and AMERICAs. Our team spearheads all recruiting and succession planning efforts for senior leaders within the top 2% of Microsoft talent globally. We collaborate with leaders who are passionate about enabling their customers and communities, embracing a growth mindset, and driving transformation in an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative manner. I am deeply passionate about technology, AI, people, leadership, sustainability, D&I, the future of work, and the war for talent.
