With a career spanning Infosys, Oracle, TCS, Vinculum Solutions (Hong Kong), and Tiatech Health Technologies, I have spent over two decades designing and implementing enterprise-grade software solutions. My journey has always been about solving real-world problems with technology — but in healthcare, I saw something different. Too often, hospital ERP systems were built to cope, not cure. They digitized inefficiencies instead of addressing their root causes. Through close collaboration with experienced healthcare administrators, I gained deeper insights into the operational chaos hospitals face and realized the urgent need for a smarter, problem-focused solution. That vision led to the founding of Grandis — a venture dedicated to building technology that empowers healthcare professionals rather than burdening them. At Grandis HIS, we designed a Hospital Information System from the ground up, crafted thoughtfully and deliberately, with every module shaped by real-world hospital workflows.
