As a Structural Steel Design Engineer with over 9 years of experience, I specialize in the economical design and detailing of steel frames for heavy lifting of precast bridge segments, adhering to European and Indian Standards. My expertise includes designing steel structures such as Bridge Launching Gantries, Segment Lifting Frames, Spreader Beams and also Industrial Buildings. Currently, I serve as the Structural Discipline Lead in Plant Engineering at LTTS, overseeing the design and construction of an Oil Refinery Plant in Amsterdam, Netherlands. My previous roles include: Structural Design Engineer in the Construction Support - Bridges department at Larsen & Toubro Constructions (Aug’16 to Aug’22) Design Engineer in the Construction Support - Bridges department at VSL India Private Limited (a member of Bouygues Construction - Aug’22 to Aug’23) I possess in-depth knowledge of European Standard EN 1993-1-1:2005, 1993-1-8:2005, British Standard BS and Indian Standards IS-800:2008, IS IS 875:1985 (Part I, II, I am proficient in designing steel structures using STAAD.Pro, Ram Connection, MS Excel and AutoCAD. Additionally, I am a certified VCA VOL (Operational Safety at Workplace) Professional with expertise in maintaining safety standards.
