Hi, I have Overall 12+ Years’ experience in the Engineering - Utilities section in operation and Maintenance and PMP. Expertise in the systems handled Boilers, Process and Instrument air, Gas systems(Nitrogen and Oxygen in liquid and gas state),Water and wastewater treatment, Storm Management and complete of Clean as well as black Utilities and Tank farm systems. From the above 12 years, 8 years working as an Assistant Manager/Team Leader in the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industries as taking care of the complete process and engineering systems (O&M with upgradation/new installations-Erection and commissioning on plants). Good experience in performing FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ and documents hand overing with supporting of validation, Risk assessment with GAP’s, SAP, cost optimization, writing SOP’s and comply with the operation, log books and records for the operation and maintenance(PM,BM,GM), Job description for team or the facility and reporting to Engineering Director and 3+ years’ experience as a Maintenance engineer with process knowledge and two years’ experience as an instrumentation Engineer with Electronic devices, Electrical devices Automation Devices and Mechanical Devices with a good project management team. As a Maintenance Engineer Handling Experience on Electrical systems in LT with Total Plant Capacity of kw then in Instrumentation Systems Siemens S7-300, Omron CJ1 series and Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, AB make VFD, Soft starters and Automation Devices and in Mechanical systems Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown, New Projects Erection and Maintaining Checklist and Daily Activities Reporting on Day-to-Day Basis. Technically, I am qualified as an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer from the prestigious J.J College of Engineering and Technology. I can work well in teams and possess excellent analytical, communication, fault finding, and troubleshooting skills. My fundamentals in electronics and Instrumentation systems are fairly strong. Technically, I am qualified as Diploma in Computer Automation Engineer from the Prestigious Prolific systems India pvt Ltd and I have special expertise in the PLC, SCADA and DCS regarding programming and Troubleshooting. I have finished my Diploma in Embedded systems at Anna University, Trichy.
